1.) Freestate Copperhead: paired with a trio of dogs. Old world sausage, cheddar jalapeno & smoked bologna with deviled eggs & smoked paprika.
2.) Avery IPA: paired with field greens with bleu cheese, smoked almonds, dried cranberries & homemade pastrami with honey-lavendar vinaigrette.
3.) New Belgium Belgo IPA: paired with grilled cedar-plank salmon with honey, lime, rum & shallot glaze. Goat cheese stuffed peppadew & cornichons.
4.) Schlafly American IPA: paired with grilled pork loin with cherry chutney & sliced peaches.
