February 9th Taste Beering at Grinders
Featuring beers from Goose Island . Tickets are $15 in advance and $25 the day of. Begins at 7pm.
1.Mild Winter Beer: paired with savory and sweet French Onion Soup
2.Honkers Ale: paired with phyllo brie cups and honey lavendar drizzle.
3.Nut Brown Ale: paired with pecan smoked chicken drummie, herb roasted parsnips with frangelico glaze.
4.Pere Jacques: paired with pan-fried pork choplette, apple compote, cranberry sauce.
5.Bourbon County Stout: paired with Almond Joy brownies
