A deep reddish brown in color with a creamy tan foam. The aroma is of dried fruit and candy, with the faintest hint of hops. On the tongue, Dubbel is malty and slightly sweet with a fruity, soft character.

It's a brilliant, dusky gold beer with a towering, lively head of foam that lasts and lasts. The nose is spicy with an aroma of ripe pears and hints of apples. Dominant taste is hoppy and dry with exquisite undertones -- maybe even a touch of old leather.

Konigs hoeven Quadrupple Trappist Ale
A deep amber beer with a rich, warming flavor. Full-bodied and mild, slightly sweet and just a hint of bitterness round out the palate. In the nose you will detect fruit, a faint, pleasant yeastiness and just a touch of resiny hops. Although Quadrupel is delicious when consumed fresh, it can benefit from years of aging in a cool, dark place. The flavor of aged Quadrupel is reminiscent of port.

Delerium Nocturnum
It is a triple fermentation ale using 3 different yeast strains and 5 different malts. Incredibly well-balanced for ale this high in alcohol, the bouquet has an aromatic sweetness. The body is bursting with flavors of raisins, bittersweet chocolate, and aniseed. The finish is long and develops into a hoppy aftertaste.

A cloudy gold. Quite dry with great depth and complexity. At a tasting last year, one taster said, "I swear I'm tasting mussels with butter."

Konigs Hoeven Tripple Trappist Ale
A rich, brassy golden in color and sporting a slightly off-white foam, Koningshoeven Tripel is the hoppiest of the Koningshoeven range, displaying a beautiful balance of hoppy bitterness and full malt flavor. You will notice spices, fruit and hops in the nose. On the palate Tripel is slightly bitter, spicy and refreshing.
