We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Limited-edition or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Food products cannot be returned if opened w/ the freshness seal broken.
Any damaged or defective product will be replaced w/ sufficient proof provided. 

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at Merch@GrindersPizza.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If we made a mistake, or the product was damaged in shipping, we’ll cover all costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.  Restocking fee of up to 25% may or may not apply.  No refunds on Gift Cards, Final Sale Items, and certain specials.  Generally, shipping costs are not refunded, but rest assured we are here to deliver customer service excellence.
